THERE IS NO NEED TO ATTEND ZBA MEETINGS IN NOVEMBER OR DECEMBER.
The Town of Cortlandt Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will issue its Decision whether the proposed Hudson Ridge Wellness Center constitutes a hospital under Town zoning at its regularly scheduled meeting in January 2020.
The ZBA is currently reviewing all recent submissions and was prepared to issue a Decision at the December meeting but because of a scheduling conflict by the Applicant, the Decision will be released at the January 2020 meeting.
